Liability
Your photographic material is accepted only on the basis that the value of the order is limited to the value of the prints only and that emailed material has no value. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage consequential or otherwise, however caused.
We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of photographic orders in the post. Special delivery can be specified when your order is placed. We accept no liability for loss due to delay.
Emailed Images
No images are stored at Honiton Photographic. Therefore it is the customers’ responsibility to keep a file or hard copy of the images that have been submitted.
Should any material be mislaid either whilst emailing or in the post it will be necessary for the customer to re-submit their order. Therefore it is very important that a file or hard copy of the images have been kept by the customer.
We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of images due to the customer not having kept a file or hard copy of the images for future use.
Copyright
It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that all material presented for printing is free from any third party claim of copyright.
In placing the order the customer is certifying that there is no third party claim to copyright and that in any case of a dispute of copyright arising from the printing of any material sent to Honiton Photographic, it is the sole responsibility of the customer. Honiton Photographic cannot be held responsible in any way.
Printing Composition/Quality
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the images are correctly cropped to fit the print size requested and that the file size is large enough to support the print size requested. Honiton Photographic cannot accept any complaint of quality loss where the file size sent is too small for the print size requested.
Sensitive Material
Honiton Photographic will not print any material where the images submitted contain any material that may cause offence.
Consequential Loss
Honiton Photographic cannot entertain any claim for consequential loss however caused.
Payment
Payment should be submitted either by credit/debit card or cheque made payable to Honiton Photographic Ltd. Please refer to the ‘Mail Order Service’ page for additional information on how to submit payment.
Complaints
Honiton Photographic aims to complete and dispatch your order efficiently and correctly in the time specified. However, should you have any complaint please contact us either by email (see contact page) or by telephone on 01404 43035 between 9.00am and 5.00pm. We can then try and resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
In placing an order with Honiton Photographic it is accepted that you the customer have read and agreed to these terms and conditions of business. |
