Your
photographic material is accepted only on the basis
that the value of the order is limited to the value
of the prints only and that the e-mailed material has
no value. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or
damage consequential or otherwise, however caused.
We
cannot accept responsibility for the loss of prints
in the post unless special delivery was specified when
the order was placed. In this instance our liability
is restricted only to the re printing of the original
order which must be sent to us again. We accept no liability
for loss due to delay.
E-mailed
images
No
images are stored at Honiton Photographic after they
have been printed therefore it is the customers responsibility
to keep a file or hard copy of the images requested.
Should
any material be mislaid either whilst e-mailing or in
the post, it will be necessary for the customer to re
order the images and therefore very important that a
file or hard copy of the images sent is kept by the
customer.
We
cannot accept responsibility for the loss of images
or the customer not keeping a file or hard copy of these
images for future use.
Copyright
It
is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that
all material presented for printing is free from any
third party claim of copyright.
In
placing the order the customer is certifying that there
is no third party claim to copyright and that in any
case of a dispute of copyright arising from the printing
of any material sent to Honiton Photographic, it is
the sole responsibility of the customer and Honiton
Photographic cannot be held responsible in any way.
Printing
composition / Quality
It
is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the
image is correctly cropped to fit the print size requested
and that the file size sent is large enough to support
the print size requested. We cannot accept any complaint
of quality loss where the file size sent was too small
for the print required. (See Hints

Sensitive
material
Honiton
Photographic will not print any order where the image
requested contains any material which may cause offence.
Consequential
loss
We
cannot entertain any claim for consequential loss however
caused
Payment
Payment
is strictly by credit/debit card with order. No order
will be printed until payment has been received.
In
placing an order with Honiton Photographic it is accepted
that you, the customer, have read and agree with our
terms of business.

Procedure
Honiton
Photographic aim to always dispatch your order efficiently
and correctly. However, should you have any complaint
please contact us either by e mail, info@honitonphotographic.com
or by telephone on 01404 43035 between 8am and 5pm and
we will try to resolve the problem for you as quickly
as possible.
Overseas
orders
Should
you require any order to be posted overseas please contact
us and we will be happy to arrange postage based
on Royal Mail tariffs.
